The website does not currently operate a direct checkout. Book purchases are completed by external retailers under their own delivery, cancellation and refund terms.

Publishing services

Any paid publishing work requires a separate written scope or agreement. It should state the fee, payment stages, work included, cancellation rights, completed-work charges and any refund conditions before payment is taken.

Digital products and direct sales

If direct book sales or digital products are introduced, the checkout and product page should display the applicable delivery, cancellation and refund information. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
